Product management: Dead or alive in AI native teams

When coding agents can ship an entire feature in a day, the assumptions that shaped two decades of product management start to collapse. Sprints, handoffs, PRDs-as-documents-of-record - the scaffolding built around the idea that “building software is hard and slow” is disappearing. Emma Burrows, founder of Rezonant and formerly UK CTO at Stripe, has spent the last 18 months building AI-native from day one - and watching what actually happens when everyone on the team, including design and marketing, starts writing code. In this talk, Emma will share what she’s seeing from the fastest-moving teams on: - The emerging ways of working - prototype-first, customer-first, marketing-first - What actually happens when non-engineers ship code: the wins, the chaos, and the 10,000-line PR - Whether PRDs are dead (spoiler: they’re not, but the definition has changed) - How to maintain product excellence while still shipping at speed If you’re a PM trying to figure out where you fit in an AI-native team, this talk is for you.
