Critique and Refine an Existing Website Theme Draft

Problem/Feature Description

Northstar Field Archive has a first-pass website theme draft, but the team feels it is too generic and not grounded enough in the archive's actual work. They need a design critique that identifies what is salvageable, what is causing the generic feeling, and how to revise the theme into a stronger visual system without starting over blindly.

Output Specification

Produce theme-critique.md. The team will use it to align design and implementation, so the critique should diagnose the draft, preserve anything useful, and turn the repair into a buildable theme system rather than a fresh brand reset.
