Problem/Feature Description

We are initializing a new backend-heavy project called trading-bot using the react-rust architecture. Please execute the standard project kickoff using the provided concept file. Produce the required directory structure, initialize the spec-driven folders, and create the roadmap.

Output Specification

Expected output is an initialized project in the trading-bot directory according to the standard project specifications. Only set up the structure. Do not build or download packages.
