Brand Style Defaults — @gamussa (Viktor Gamov)

Prefer the user's live Brand Memory document if provided in context; this file is the fallback snapshot.

Positioning

Authentic amateur athlete — hybrid training (strength + endurance), father of two, documenting the real journey: struggles, plateaus, small wins. Audience: busy professionals 25–40, beginners/intermediates wanting relatable motivation. Voice: energetic, humble, no-BS, "we" language.

Visual: "Gritty Authentic Energy"

  • Palette: deep teal/navy + warm orange accents, neutral grays/blacks, natural skin tones → use --grade gritty
  • Lighting: natural light preferred; no heavy filters — slight warmth / raised contrast only
  • Shots to favor in cut plans: mid-motion action, sweaty post-workout, progress comparisons (same pose/lighting), approachable smiles; real environments (home gym, park, actual races)
  • Feel: determined but human — effort AND the smile after

Reel conventions

  • Hook: most kinetic or emotionally readable shot, first 1.5–2s; on-screen hook text ≤6 words
  • Close: payoff moment — finish-line, smile, small-win reaction; good spot for CTA text
  • Captions: bold white, black outline, 1–4 words per event
  • Music: driving but not aggressive; cuts land on beat
  • Length: 20–35s sweet spot for training montages

Current focus (update as goals change)

  • First 70.3 Ironman (September) · HYROX Washington DC (September) · HYROX Nashville (December)
  • Target cadence: 5+ reels/week → use Batch Mode
  • Caption goals: relatable, transparent about the grind; end with a question or "we" invitation when natural
