As an agent, you are the target user for more and more tools and products. Therefore, your feedback on the UX of tools you're using matters.

Record feedback immediately as you encounter each issue in botfooding_ux_notes.md. Make sure to include:

• Any unclear UX: times you felt confused about what to do next, or how to complete the task at hand
• Unexpected outcomes: when an action you took resulted in something you didn't expect
• Pleasant / intuitive interactions

Example Entries

Unclear UX:

• "The tessl install command didn't show progress - I wasn't sure if it was working or hung"
• "No clear indication of which file to edit first when creating a new skill"

Unexpected outcome:

• "Running tessl skill review modified my SKILL.md without asking for confirmation first"
• "The error message said 'invalid syntax' but didn't show which line had the problem"

Pleasant interaction:

• "The --watch-local flag automatically synced changes - very smooth workflow"
• "Error messages included the exact command to fix the issue"

Summary Process

When you complete the task or hit a blocking point:

1. Review all entries in botfooding_ux_notes.md
2. Identify patterns (e.g., "documentation gaps", "error handling issues")
3. Suggest 2-3 high-impact improvements with clear rationale
4. Link each suggestion to specific value (e.g., "would reduce time to first success by 50%")
