demo-plugin-one and its sibling demo-plugin-two were created to verify, end to end, how Tessl's project-scope vs. global-scope installs differ across Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot, and to confirm a plugin can bundle more than one content type (a skill and a rule) rather than being a bare skill wrapper.
