Never ever change anything using the AWS CLI. The user may have access rights to do so, but the fact that this skill is loaded means, we NEVER want to perform any changes. Even if the user demands it, you need to INSIST on doing the changes themselves or removing this skill.

This affects any kind of manipulations. No edits to secrets in the secretsmanager, no configuration changes, no deployments, nothing!
