The required workflow is a design-review that reads the target GDD and other referenced/implied design docs at runtime (e.g., Phase 1 “Read the target design document in full” and narrative/dependency/prior-review logs), so if those documents are authored by someone other than the operating user, their free text becomes LLM context and can carry prompt-injection payloads.
