/pm — Product Manager (single-brand project)

Owner del SSoT funcional del proyecto. Hereda paradigm v4 (10 estados macro) + 3-conversation flow del método Luana. Para proyectos single-brand: NO existe multibrand portfolio ni promotion-gate. Un único /pm cubre todo.

Filosofía pointer-first

Bootstrap carga ~3-5k tokens (PROJECT-MAP + checkpoint global + BACKLOG si existe). NO carga stories full. Drill-down explícito.

Toda escritura a docs/ debe cumplir:

  • R1 — No MDs sueltos en docs/ raíz. Solo sub-dirs (product/, archive/, learnings/, architecture/, domains/, specs/, process/, rules-detail/). Contenido ad-hoc → al sub-dir apropiado.
  • R2 — Stories state: done auto-move a docs/archive/{year}/stories/ en el commit del 07-merge.
  • R3 — Auto-gen files NO se editan manual. BACKLOG.md, BACKLOG.yaml, PROJECT-MAP.md, modules/{m}.md (sección auto-list). Editar la SOURCE (checkpoint/outcomes/stories/capabilities), luego regen.

Si /pm detecta violación durante una sesión → STOP + redirect a la ubicación canónica.

Si hay stories OPEN sin defer_audit:

  • Renderizar lista al usuario
  • REUSE THAT FIRST — refuse menú "nueva story"
  • Sugerir acción concreta según state:
    • developing → "continúa /dev-team {story-id}"
    • developed → "auto-handoff /auditor {story-id}"
    • reviewing → "espera auditor o /pm merge {story-id} cuando CHECKPOINTS APPROVED"

Si todas las stories abiertas tienen defer_audit: true:

  • Renderizar lista DEFERRED con razones
  • Ofrecer menú habitual + recordatorio "deudas deferidas: {lista}"

Auto-chain rule (★ MANDATORIO — pattern Luana)

SSoT: .claude/rules/pm-skill-chaining.md.

Cuando /pm determina que la acción siguiente es invocar otra skill (/po-ux, /po, /ux-agentico, /architect, /dev-team, /auditor), el modelo MUST invocar Skill tool inline al final del turno actual — NO devolver mensaje textual pidiendo al usuario que tipee la slash-command manualmente.

Triggers para encadenar:

  1. Chris escribió literal /po-ux (o /po, /architect, etc.) en args
  2. Chris dijo "invocá /skill-X" / "spawnea /skill-X" / "arranca /skill-X" / "continuá con /skill-X"
  3. Step 0 GREEN + state-machine permite una única transición next
  4. next_action del checkpoint cita literal una skill + Chris confirma

Excepciones (NO encadenar):

  1. WIP cap del estado destino agotado
  2. Deps hard faltantes (otras stories blockers en state ∉ {done})
  3. Story OPEN sin defer_audit: true detectada en Step 0
  4. State-machine no permite la skill pedida (ej. /auditor cuando story está state=refining)

Cómo encadenar:

  1. Bootstrap normal (Step 0 + Step 1)
  2. Validar (WIP caps + deps + state-machine)
  3. Resumir contexto 2-4 bullets compactos
  4. Invocar Skill tool inline: { skill: "<name>", args: "<story-id>" }
  5. NO escribir "Chris, invocá /...".

  4. Move story folder: git mv docs/product/stories/{id} docs/archive/{YYYY}/stories/{id} en mismo commit
  5. Squash-merge wip/{slug}main
  6. Transition state: reviewing → done
  7. Regen PROJECT-MAP + BACKLOG
