orchestrate-review

Run every knackpack reviewer that applies to one target together, then merge what they report into one triaged report: duplicates grouped under one ID with every source kept, severities reconciled, each serious merged finding checked once by the adjudicator, including whether its fix works, and every issue sorted into fix now, decision needed or won't fix, with how each fix would be verified. Report-only: it never edits the project's files, and it saves the report to a private temporary folder and gives the path. Use only when the user asks to run several or all of knackpack's reviewers together, or for one review by every reviewer, never automatically after a change; for a single reviewer, start that reviewer instead. It starts many agents, and on a large code base it can use more than a million tokens.

Quality

Content

88%Weight 40%Scale 1-5

Reviews the quality of instructions and guidance provided to agents. Good implementation is clear, handles edge cases, and produces reliable results.

Excellent procedural content: concrete commands, exact briefs, explicit validation checkpoints with feedback loops, and a complete report template, with no filler or explanations of known concepts. The only refinements available are modest tightening of a few dense passages and possibly splitting reference material out if the skill grows.

DimensionReasoningScore

Conciseness

The body is dense skill-specific policy with no explanation of concepts Claude already knows — every rule (report-only guarantees, evidence-not-instructions, identical briefs) earns its place. A few passages, such as the scratch-directory permission check and step 3's long bullet list, could be tightened, which keeps it just below the lean anchor.

4 / 5

Actionability

Guidance is fully executable: concrete commands throughout ('git diff --no-ext-diff --no-textconv --name-only <merge-base>', 'gh pr view <n> --json files', "sed -n '/^## Findings table$/,/^## /p'", 'mkdir -p -m 700 <folder>'), an exact sentence to put in every brief, fixed ID prefixes, defined verdict enums, and a complete report template. The common cases are covered copy-paste ready.

5 / 5

Workflow Clarity

Eight numbered steps in a coherent sequence with explicit validation checkpoints and feedback loops: repository state recorded before and after via 'git rev-parse HEAD' and 'git status --porcelain | shasum', the scratch folder verified with '[ -d <folder> ] && [ ! -L <folder> ] && [ -O <folder> ]' with a stop-and-tell-user on failure, and every cited 'path:line' re-checked against the pinned revision with failures corrected or dropped.

5 / 5

Progressive Disclosure

The bundle is a single SKILL.md with no reference files, and the body appropriately inlines everything it needs; section structure (Rules, 8 numbered steps, fenced report template) makes navigation easy. It exceeds the under-50-lines carve-out for an automatic top score, so it fits the 'good structure, minor organization gaps' anchor rather than the clear-overview-with-references anchor.

Description

92%Weight 40%Scale 1-5

Based on the skill's description, can an agent find and select it at the right time? Clear, specific descriptions lead to better discovery.

A strong description: concrete and comprehensive about capabilities, with an explicit use-when clause and boundary guidance that sharply delimits it from the single-reviewer skills. Keyword coverage is good but misses a few natural phrasings a user might use, which is the only minor gap.

DimensionReasoningScore

Specificity

The description lists multiple concrete actions covering the whole workflow — running all applicable reviewers, merging reports with 'duplicates grouped under one ID with every source kept', 'severities reconciled', adjudication of serious findings 'including whether its fix works', triage into 'fix now, decision needed or won't fix', and saving the report to a private temporary folder with the path given. Coverage of what the skill does has no material gaps, matching the comprehensive anchor.

5 / 5

Completeness

It explicitly answers both questions: the 'what' is a detailed action list, and the 'when' is an explicit 'Use only when the user asks to run several or all of knackpack's reviewers together, or for one review by every reviewer' clause with concrete trigger phrases and anti-triggers. Both are present and explicit, matching the top anchor.

5 / 5

Trigger Term Quality

Natural trigger phrasing is present — 'run several or all of knackpack's reviewers together', 'one review by every reviewer' — plus boundary triggers ('for a single reviewer, start that reviewer instead', 'never automatically after a change'). A few natural variants a user might say (e.g. 'full review' or 'comprehensive review') are not covered, so it sits just below comprehensive.

4 / 5

Distinctiveness Conflict Risk

The skill occupies a clear niche (orchestrating the named knackpack reviewer suite) and explicitly steers away from neighboring triggers: single-reviewer requests and automatic post-change runs are both ruled out. Conflict risk with other skills is minimal.
