Renders a pre-flight configuration panel with one full key-value block per stakeholder — name, email, stakeholder type, relationship, quantity, and the whole type-specific field set (option type / exercise price / vesting / documents for option grants, or share class / price per share / legend / Rule 144 for certificates, plus issue date and board approval) — so a single batch can carry genuinely different terms per person.
