Serves a live, clickable CTC console — builds one corporation's Carta Total Compensation data into a React app on localhost, where you filter by job area, compare peer groups and explore the scorecard yourself. CLAUDE CODE ONLY; it serves a local web app. Use it when the ask is to run an app, launch a console, or explore the data live, rather than to be told a figure. Invoke with a corporation name or id, e.g. "launch a comp dashboard for Acme". Its Benchmarks and Scorecard tabs are surfaces inside the app, not separately routable. Route by deliverable, not subject — an answer, CSV or figure to quote belongs to a sibling even when the wording overlaps: use carta-compensation-benchmarks for a role's market rate, and carta-compensation-scorecard for roster positioning, compa-ratios or who is below market. So "what are our comp benchmarks" is a sibling even though it names them, while "open our comp benchmarks so I can filter them" is this skill. NOT for a single role lookup. READ-ONLY.
