Documenso Data Handling

DRAFT ──send()──→ PENDING ──all sign──→ COMPLETED
                      │
                      ├──reject()──→ REJECTED
                      └──cancel()──→ CANCELLED

Data handling implications:
- DRAFT: mutable, can delete freely
- PENDING: immutable document, but status changes
- COMPLETED: signed PDF available for download, archive
- REJECTED/CANCELLED: cleanup candidate
