triage-e2e-test

Triage a specific Positron e2e test that is already failing or flaking in CI. Given a test name, surface its recent distinct failure modes from history, pull evidence for one mode, and reason to a root cause collaboratively with the engineer, landing on a concrete test fix or a product-bug repro. Test-centric counterpart to e2e-failure-analyzer (run-centric). For authoring a brand-new test, use author-e2e-tests.

Low

W011: Third-party content exposure detected (indirect prompt injection risk).

What this means

The skill exposes the agent to untrusted, user-generated content from public third-party sources, creating a risk of indirect prompt injection. This includes browsing arbitrary URLs, reading social media posts or forum comments, and analyzing content from unknown websites.

Why it was flagged

The required runtime workflow runs `scripts/triage-history.js` and `scripts/fetch-pattern-evidence.js`, which query external CI/processor/S3 content and then output readable summaries (e.g., `references/.../summary.md` plus compact JSON to stdout) that are then consumed into the agent’s context, creating an indirect prompt-injection channel from that outsider-authored text (history summaries, log excerpts, timeline tail, and PR/issue diagnosis bodies).
