skill-pipeline

Pipeline orchestrator that classifies incoming coding tasks and routes them through the correct combination of skills at the right depth. Implements two feedback loops: the inner loop (detect, verify, recover) runs within a session via plan-interview, intent-framed-agent, session-context, context-surfing, verify-gate, self-healing (active recovery on failure), simplify-and-harden, and self-improvement. The outer loop (inspect, encode, regress-test) runs across sessions via learning-aggregator, harness-updater, and eval-creator. pre-flight-check bridges the two by surfacing accumulated knowledge — past heals and learnings — at session start. Handles standard, orchestrated-batch, CI, and outer-loop pipeline variants. Does not replace individual skills; dispatches to them.

W011: Third-party content exposure detected (indirect prompt injection risk).

What this means

The skill exposes the agent to untrusted, user-generated content from public third-party sources, creating a risk of indirect prompt injection. This includes browsing arbitrary URLs, reading social media posts or forum comments, and analyzing content from unknown websites.

Why it was flagged

The workflow reads PR changed files and CI check results in a CI environment (such as GitHub Actions) via `simplify-and-harden-ci`, which processes external pull request diffs containing outsider-authored free text.
