Spec-driven development on OpenSpec, with mechanical spec-as-source enforcement: a custom 'spec-as-source' OpenSpec schema adds file-ownership (targets) and test-verification ([@test]) metadata to every capability spec, three scripts (link check, ownership check, manifest build) keep code and specs from drifting apart, plus requirement-gathering, spec-writer, work-review, and a session-handoff skill with a proactive context-warning hook.

Regole di generazione

  1. Si rigenera da zero ad ogni /handoff-skill save, leggendo tutti i BUG-NNN.md della skill — non è un file che si edita a mano o si appende.
  2. Mai eliminare la sezione Fixed — è la prova che un certo comportamento è già stato corretto e non va ripreso come "nuovo" bug se ricompare (in quel caso è una regressione, da segnalare come bug nuovo con riferimento al fix precedente).
  3. Se non esiste ancora nessun bug Blocker/Major/Minor in una categoria, ometti la tabella vuota o scrivi "Nessuno".
