CPU-only code and absent GPU dependencies are normal unless NVIDIA is prohibited. Exclude required cross-vendor or CPU-only deployment, vendor-lowered dense or NN layers, general Warp API questions, and already-selected Warp kernels. Contribution policy alone is not exclusion.
