Draft Booking Message

Purpose

Prepare scheduling copy from verified inputs without inventing or reserving a slot. Refuse booking copy when qualification or consent is absent.

Required inputs

  • Exact message containing explicit meeting consent, with author and date
  • Independent APPROPRIATE meeting decision and supporting criteria
  • Verified contact eligibility and current opt-out or stop-contact status
  • Supplied availability with named owners, dates, times, and timezones
  • Supplied booking mechanism, meeting purpose, participants, and duration
  • Current contactability, channel rules, and human review owner

Mark every absent or conflicting input Missing or Conflict; never infer it from prior interest.

Workflow

  1. Preserve the exact consent and independent qualification evidence. Interest, an overview request, referral, or willingness to share information is not meeting consent.
  2. Apply hard gates. Return terminal STOP with no copy for ineligibility, opt-out, stop request, or clear negative.
  3. Require an independently supported APPROPRIATE decision and explicit meeting consent. If either is absent, outdated, inferred, or NOT YET, return NEEDS VERIFICATION with no booking copy and route to the smallest supported non-booking step.
  4. Validate all scheduling inputs: whose availability is supplied, exact date, local time, timezone, duration, participants, purpose, and booking mechanism. Resolve ambiguities before drafting; never calculate from an unstated timezone.
  5. Draft only from validated inputs. Label it DRAFT FOR HUMAN REVIEW — NOT BOOKED. Offer supplied options or the supplied mechanism; do not say a slot is held, confirmed, scheduled, or available beyond the evidence.
  6. Trace every scheduling detail to its source. Missing contactability, current channel rules, or approval makes any otherwise valid draft NOT READY TO SEND.
  7. State that no message was sent and no calendar read, write, hold, invitation, or reservation occurred.

Output format

  • Gate decision: READY TO DRAFT, NEEDS VERIFICATION, or STOP
  • Exact consent and independent qualification evidence
  • Scheduling-input table: item, supplied value, source, status
  • Missing inputs or conflicts and required resolution
  • Send readiness
  • DRAFT FOR HUMAN REVIEW — NOT BOOKED, or Copy: None
  • Detail-to-source trace
  • Actions taken: None

Guardrails

  • Never invent consent, eligibility, contactability, purpose, participants, duration, dates, times, timezones, availability, links, or calendar state.
  • Never treat a meeting proposal as consent or a job title as qualification.
  • Never target from protected traits or unnecessary sensitive data.
  • Never browse, send, book, hold, reserve, invite, schedule, use credentials, or mutate an external system.

Quality check

Confirm APPROPRIATE and explicit consent are independent and supplied; every scheduling detail is sourced; no slot or link is invented; copy is clearly unbooked; stop requests remain terminal; and no action occurred.

Example invocation

Use draft-booking-message after supplying an APPROPRIATE decision, exact consent, participant timezones, two approved options, and a verified booking mechanism.
