Purpose

Draft one evidence-bound response to the objection actually stated. Surface proof gaps instead of arguing or inventing differentiation.

Required inputs

• Exact reply with author and date
• Independently verified contact eligibility and reason
• Current contact-specific opt-out or stop-contact status
• Approved offer facts and evidence
• Supplied conversation context, voice rules, and prohibited claims
• Contactability, current channel rules, and human review owner

Workflow

1. Preserve the complete objection verbatim. Separate its explicit facts, reasonable interpretation, and unknowns.
2. Check contact-specific gates. Return terminal STOP with no copy for ineligibility, an opt-out, stop request, or clear negative. Never recast a clear no as an objection. If eligibility or opt-out status is missing, return NEEDS VERIFICATION with no copy.
3. Identify the actual objection and any conditional opening without upgrading it to interest, meeting consent, or permission for broader outreach.
4. Draft a concise acknowledgment that names the concern without attacking a current approach or using fake agreement.
5. Answer directly with only supported facts. Create a Proof gap for any requested comparison, capability, result, customer, integration, or detail the evidence does not establish; do not conceal the gap in copy.
6. Offer at most one optional, low-pressure next step supported by the reply. Do not assume a meeting, link, attachment, availability, or calendar access.
7. Label allowed copy DRAFT FOR HUMAN REVIEW. Missing contactability, current channel rules, or approval makes it NOT READY TO SEND while still permitting the gated offline draft.
