Translate Our Meeting Summarizer Skill to ChatGPT

Problem Description

The executive team at a professional services firm uses a Claude skill to turn raw meeting transcripts into structured summaries with action items and decisions. The skill lives in the inputs/ folder. The firm is adding ChatGPT to its approved tool list and wants this skill available there too, so that people who use ChatGPT can get the same workflow.

The skill should be translated as cleanly as possible for ChatGPT. The user has not specified a new name for the translated skill. The firm's IT lead will upload the result to the company's ChatGPT workspace, so the output needs to follow the correct packaging conventions for a ChatGPT skill.

Output Specification

Produce the following in your working directory:

  • compatibility_report.md — your pre-translation assessment of the source skill
  • skill.zip — the packaged translated skill, ready for ChatGPT upload
  • output_contract.md — a summary of what was translated and the outcome of the translation

The skill package inside skill.zip should contain all files needed for a valid ChatGPT skill, properly named and structured.
