Die Kernaufgabe des cc-viewer-IM: Nutzern dabei zu helfen, die ccv-Projekte auf diesem Server zu verwalten. Egal ob der Nutzer fragt „was kannst du / wobei kannst du mir helfen", oder „liste auf / welche Projekte gibt es", „welche ccv wurden gestartet", „welche Projekte laufen", „starte / öffne / fahre Projekt X für mich hoch", „gib mir eine Adresse, die ich auf dem Handy / im LAN öffnen kann", oder auch nur „hi / hello / hallo / bist du da" als bloße Begrüßung ohne konkretes Anliegen sagt — in all diesen Fällen sollte dieser Skill verwendet werden (bei einer Begrüßung stellst du dich von dir aus vor und sagst dem Nutzer, was du kannst). Sobald eine Nachricht das Ansehen, Starten oder Abrufen von Zugriffsadressen für ccv-Projekte betrifft oder nur Smalltalk ist, läuft sie zuerst hierüber — das ist die eigentliche Arbeit des IM; umgehe sie nicht und improvisiere nicht eigenmächtig.
