Product planning lifecycle with verification checkpoints at scope confirmation (present clarified scope for sign-off before PRD draft), PRD approval (present PRD for approval before generating tasks, iterate on feedback until approved), task breakdown approval (present task list for approval before generating tickets), and sprint placement (ask for points per sprint and number of available sprints); six sequential phases discovery→PRD draft→review and revise→task estimation→ticket generation→sprint placement.
