Output requirements for escalation guides and plans.

Escalation Document Requirements

Every escalation guide, escalation plan, or next-steps document MUST include:

  • Compensation logging. Tell the user to come back when they hear from the airline so compensation can be logged to the credits inventory and a follow-up or DOT complaint drafted if needed.
  • Executive routing. If the user already contacted general customer service with no result, explicitly tell them to resend the letter to executive customer relations with the specific address — do not just mention executive contacts exist.
