Vault Language Policy

The rhetoric knowledge vault is English-only. All output — analyses, summaries, tracking DB entries, profiles — MUST be in English regardless of the talk's language.

Verbatim Quotes from Non-English Talks

When quoting non-English speech, ALWAYS write the English translation FIRST, then the original in parentheses. Never the reverse.

✅ "That's the whole point" (В этом весь смысл)
✅ "So, for production you need to know three GCs?" (Получается что, для продакшна надо знать три GC?)

❌ "В этом весь смысл" (That's the whole point)
❌ В этом весь смысл
❌ "That's the whole point" (without the original)

Verbal Signatures

Non-English verbal signatures are stored SEPARATELY from the English list, tagged with language code:

✅ [ru] "получается что"
✅ [ru] "ну и"

❌ Merging Russian phrases into the main English verbal signatures section
